Who we are

1. Using Luwy

Luwy is a communication training service. You may use it only in accordance with these terms, applicable law and the safety rules presented in the product. You must provide information that is reasonably accurate for your account and must keep your login credentials secure.

2. Age and safety

You must be 18 or older to create an account or use Luwy. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend it.

3. AI output

Luwy's AI characters and coaches are simulations. They can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. Do not treat an AI response, score or simulated status bar as a certified assessment or as a factual measurement of another person's mental state, trust or intentions. You remain responsible for decisions made outside the product.

4. User content

You are responsible for the information you provide in scenarios, practice answers, uploaded materials and other inputs. Do not submit passwords, payment information, confidential information you are not authorized to share, or personal information about another person unless you have a lawful basis to do so.

5. Prohibited use

• Do not use Luwy to facilitate illegal or dangerous activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass safety, access controls, usage limits or payment systems.
• Do not use voice features to impersonate, clone or deceive people.
• Do not use the service to harass, threaten or exploit another person.
• Do not reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Plans, trials and payments

Paid plans, trial eligibility, usage allowances and prices are shown in the current billing flow. A trial may automatically convert to a paid subscription when clearly disclosed at checkout. You can cancel future renewal through the supported billing controls. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the checkout terms and applicable law.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Luwy available and reliable, but AI providers, browsers, networks and third-party services can fail or change. Features may be modified, suspended or retired when necessary to operate or improve the service.

8. Intellectual property

Luwy, its software, brand, interface, original content and underlying systems are owned by Luwy or its licensors. You keep rights you already have in your own content, subject to the permissions required to operate the service.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

Luwy is a training product, not a guarantee of communication performance in a real situation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every AI response, transcription or score will be accurate or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. Continued use after an effective update means the updated terms apply, subject to any notice or consent requirements that apply.

11. Governing law

These terms are intended for a Malaysia-first service. Applicable Malaysian law and the courts with appropriate jurisdiction will govern, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
